  4th Floor: 7, 682 SF including Physical Therapy checkin and waiting, Gym, Injection Block Suite, Conference room and Administrative offices, which can be converted at a later date to a 7 patient examination room suite.

  Medical Office Building II, Limerick, PA

  Construction of a new Medical office Building for the Rothman Orthopaedics And Physicians Care Surgery Center began September 2018. This 40,000 SF facility will be comprised of a 25,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center and 15,000 SF of Medical Office Space. Expected completion summer 2019. Shell building in conjunction with Bernardon, Wilmington DE.

  This new office is 14,306 square feet and includes 24 patient examination rooms, 2 X-Ray rooms, Orthotics, and a 2,279 square foot Physical and Hand Therapy facilities. The entire 70,000+ square foot building has been completely renovated and is being marketed to other healthcare providers. Completed and occupied August 2017.

  Urgent Care, Marlton, NJ

  In addition to the Orthopaedic services offered by the Rothman Orthopaedics, they have expanded into Urgent Care. The first two offices have opened in Limerick, PA and Marlton, NJ. These centers are adjoining the Clinical Offices in those locations.

  Marlton

  Conversion of 35,000 SF of standard office space to Clinical Office space. Project included conversion of two floors of the existing building. Each floor contains Check in, X-ray, Orthotics, Therapy and Staff Support space. Major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded. In addition, major landscape and parking improvements were accomplished.

  With construction of a new Medical Office Building on the Bryn Mawr Hospital campus, the Rothman Orthopaedics choose this location to expand services in the Philadelphia Main Line area. The 26,000 SF facility includes 30 examination rooms, X-ray, Orthotics, Physical and Hand Therapy.
