  4th Floor: 7, 682 SF including Physical Therapy checkin and waiting, Gym, Injection Block Suite, Conference room and Administrative offices, which can be converted at a later date to a 7 patient examination room suite.

  Construction of a new Medical office Building for the Rothman Orthopaedics And Physicians Care Surgery Center began September 2018. This 40,000 SF facility will be comprised of a 25,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center and 15,000 SF of Medical Office Space. Expected completion summer 2019. Shell building in conjunction with Bernardon, Wilmington DE.

  This new office is 14,306 square feet and includes 24 patient examination rooms, 2 X-Ray rooms, Orthotics, and a 2,279 square foot Physical and Hand Therapy facilities. The entire 70,000+ square foot building has been completely renovated and is being marketed to other healthcare providers. Completed and occupied August 2017.

  In addition to the Orthopaedic services offered by the Rothman Orthopaedics, they have expanded into Urgent Care. The first two offices have opened in Limerick, PA and Marlton, NJ. These centers are adjoining the Clinical Offices in those locations.

In addition, major landscape and parking improvements were accomplished.

  Conversion of a Seminary Chapel constructed in 1960 to Medical Office use.
  
  The previous lower level classrooms and office have been converted to a 7,000 square foot Dermatology suite, while the upper level chapel is now a 6,500 square foot Cardiology and Primary care suite. Project completed in September 2016.

  Tri-State Imaging choose the new Rothman Medical Office Building in Limerick, PA for its new location in the Pennsylvania suburbs. Services include X-ray, Mammography, Ultrasound, CT Scan and MRI. This 6,500 SF facility opened in June 2014.
