Dear Ed,

I wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with you and the rest of your staff at Pescatore Associates on the 1300 Wolf Street Building Expansion at Methodist Hospital. I have worked with many design firms in my 23 years at W.H. Myers Construction and can say that there are very few that provide the level of service that your firm provides to the owner. In addition, it is evident to me that the space design and finish selections on this project demonstrated planning excellence, creativity, and an understanding of the hospital’s needs.

From a project management standpoint, I have always found the team at Pescatore Associates to be professional, knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and eager to solve problems that arise. Obviously, these characteristics lead to a collaborative approach between the owner, architect and contractor that ultimately leads to successful projects.
